Summer Day by the Sea
It is beautiful and very Danish when you walk from the campsite and down to the beach! A Summer day with the green nature, the violet and yellow colours against the blue water at the nice Blue Flag beach. The water is shallow and very clean.
The smell of Forest
Enjoy the sight of the green leaves, and inhale the smell of fresh forest around Ajstrup Strand Camping. Directly from the campsite, you can go by bike by the marked, and along beautiful cycle routes to the Moesgaard museum through the forests and along the bay of Aarhus to the city of Aarhus.

Shopping and the Big City nearby
Life in the big city is not far from Ajstrup Strand Camping and regardless of the weather Aarhus offers a large choice of cafés, concerts, museums and shops. Go by bus from the campsite, or if you go by car, buy the Aarhus Card with parking included. Ask in the campsite reception, and get a city map and brochures, and be well prepared.
Relaxation in front of the Caravan
What is better than enjoying life in front of the caravan ? Maybe you have a relaxing breathing-space in a quiet moment in between the many pleasant hours at the beach, the bicycle ride in the forests, or the visit in the city of Aarhus. At Ajstrup Strand Camping you stay in green surroundings and always close to the sea.

The beach just below the campsite offers a tantalizing evening atmosphere. It is moments like these that you will remember. The gentle surge of the sea, and the last sun rays recfleted in the water. Let the holiday experience sink in before you return the few metres to your tent, cabin or caravan.

Directions
From south: E45; exit no 52 Skanderborg and Odder. In Odder take road 451, afterwards to Malling. Follow the signs to the camp site.
From North: from Århus follow road 451 to Odder and turn direction Malling. Follow the signs to the camp site.
Directly to the beautifull beach of the Danish Eastcoast and Årbus Bugt you will find Ajstrup Strand Camping. Situated directly to the beach and near the city of Århus.
Fishermens village Norsminde is just 2 km from Ajstrup Strand Camping, reachable by foot along the beach or bicycle along the beautifull beachpaths.
Moesgaard forest and museum just 5 km from Ajstrup Strand Camping. This will offer you the possibility of a beautifull walk through the forest and the first part of your bicycle tour to Århus.
